Dropshipping Support
Neutral packing, per-order dispatch, no supplier trail
Retailers who sell online need the parcel to arrive looking like it came from them. That means neutral packing, no supplier pricing anywhere in the box, and a dispatch process that works order-by-order rather than container-by-container.
What dropshipping support covers
- Blind shipping — no supplier branding, no supplier invoice and no pricing anywhere in the parcel. The consignee sees your business, not ours.
- Neutral packing — plain cartons or your own branded packing where you supply it, with the inner protection preserved for fragile fixtures.
- Per-order dispatch — orders shipped individually by courier or air rather than consolidated, so each customer gets their own tracking.
- Documentation to your specification — the commercial invoice shows what you need it to show for the destination, described as you require, with no reference to our pricing.
- Stock holding — popular models held so that individual orders can be dispatched without waiting for a production run.
- Returns handling — where a return is authorised, goods can be received and checked, and a replacement or credit arranged.
What it does not cover
Honest limits. Dropshipping works best for models small enough to ship by courier — pendants, wall lights, table lamps, smaller flush mounts. Large chandeliers and long fixtures are usually uneconomic per parcel and better handled as a stocked item shipped by sea.
Per-order dispatch also costs more per unit than consolidated freight. If your volumes are steady, holding stock in your own market and shipping by sea is normally cheaper, and we will say so rather than sell you the more expensive option.
And customs duty at destination remains yours to manage. Blind shipping removes the supplier trail from the parcel; it does not change the value declared or the duty owed.
Getting set up
- Model list — the models you intend to sell, so stock and packing can be planned.
- Order format — CSV, spreadsheet or your platform export, with consignee details and the declaration value per line.
- Label files — if you want your own branded packing or labels applied.
- Destination markets — duty, documentation and courier coverage differ by country, and some destinations are not economical per parcel.
Set-up takes one exchange: the model list, the order format and the destinations. After that, orders are dispatched against your list. See Trade Terms for payment and claims, and Export & Documentation for how the paperwork is prepared.
