Work & Cases
Client names withheld. Numbers, belts and method are real.
Buyers ask what a sourcing desk actually did, not what it says it can do. These three are representative: a furniture programme that had been paying a trader, a hotel package that had to match across phases, and a mixed-category trial that was too small for any one factory.
We do not publish client names, factory names or identifiable project photographs. If a number is here, it is a number we would defend in writing.
A US furniture brand sent photos, specs and current purchase prices. Goal: skip traders and cut landed cost, not just the unit price.
An FF&E package that had to look like one project: lobby statement pieces, guest-room layers, F&B lighting, and the furniture beside them.
A first EU order too small for any one factory's MOQ — lighting, ceramics and hardware — that still had to arrive as one DDP shipment.
What a case is not
It is not a catalogue of every order. It is not a promise that your category will move the same percentage. It is evidence of the method: verify before you pay, sample from the line, inspect before the container closes, consolidate when the list spans factories.
Want the paperwork shape, not a story? See sample reports — a supplier shortlist, a sample assessment and a pre-shipment inspection note, with names removed.
