Export & Compliance

What we source. Consumer and commercial goods for civilian use — lighting, furniture, ceramics, kitchenware, hardware, electronics, textiles, packaging and the other categories listed under What We Source. Nothing we source is designed, modified or selected for military end-use.

Order screening. Every order is screened against restricted-party and sanctions lists (including the US BIS lists and the EU / UN consolidated lists) before acceptance. We do not ship to embargoed or sanctioned destinations.

End use. For large orders we may ask about the intended use and end customer, and we reserve the right to decline orders that raise concerns — including orders whose specifications suggest a use the product is not certified for.

Certifications by category. Requirements differ per category and per market: NRTL listing (UL / ETL) for lighting and appliances sold in the US; CE, RoHS and the relevant EN standards for the EU; UKCA for the UK; EN 71 / ASTM / CPSIA for toys; food-contact documentation for tableware and kitchenware; FSC or formaldehyde limits for wood furniture; UN38.3 for anything with lithium cells. For the products on your list we confirm in writing — before you order — which certificates, test reports and declarations exist for your destination, including Prop 65 labelling support where applicable.

Export documents. Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin with every shipment; conformity certificates (SASO, PVOC and equivalents) arranged against the production lot where the destination requires them. Shipping terms FOB / CIF / DDP.
