Sourcing & Procurement
A sourcing desk on the ground in Guangdong — from a photo to a shipment on your floor
Most buyers arrive with one of three things: a product they cannot find at the right price, a supplier they are not sure they can trust, or a list that spans four categories and three factories. All three are the same problem — you need someone in Guangdong who represents your order to the factory, not the factory's order to you.
Send a photo, a drawing, a competitor link or an item list. We identify the belt that makes it best, bring you two or three vetted suppliers with quotes, get samples in your hands, negotiate the order, inspect what is produced, and ship it — consolidated with anything else you have bought, on one set of documents.
What we do
- Find the right belt and factory — matched by product type, capability, certification record and price band. We work across 18 belts in Guangdong and will tell you when your target price points at a different one.
- Verify before you commit — business licence, factory audit, capability and capacity checks, references, all summarised in writing. See Supplier Verification.
- Sample properly — a sample from the production line, photographed and assessed against your spec, not a brochure render. Counter-samples for custom work.
- Negotiate the price — on unit cost, tooling, payment terms and MOQ. We tell you which parts of your target price are achievable and which are not, and what would have to change.
- Control quality — in-line checks and pre-shipment inspection with photo and video evidence before the container is sealed. See Inspection & QC.
- Get it out — consolidation across suppliers, export documentation, and FOB / CIF / DDP shipping. See Consolidation & Freight and Export & Documentation.
- Protect the relationship — your supplier list, specifications and pricing stay confidential. We do not sell your product to your competitor, and we do not quote your design to another buyer.
How a sourcing project runs
Fees, honestly
Two models, agreed in writing before we start: a service fee per project, or a percentage of order value. Sample and courier costs are quoted at cost. We do not take undisclosed factory commissions on top of a quoted service fee — if our commercial interest ever conflicts with our advice, you will be told which one we are acting on.

Do you work with my existing suppliers?
What if the factory cannot meet my specification?
Can you handle a category you have not sourced before?
Send a photo of anything you need. We will find it, price it and get it made.
