From reference to container

2 · EngineeringDimensioned drawings and a material/construction spec for approval.

3 · ToolingWhere a new mould or die is needed it is quoted separately and amortised on volume.

4 · SamplePre-production sample from the production line, assessed and reported.

5 · ProduceLead time 25-40 days after deposit (ocean freight), with in-line inspection and photo evidence.

6 · QC & ShipPre-shipment inspection, export packing, documents, consolidation.

Finishes: brushed brass, matte black, chrome, antique bronze, custom RAL or plating on request

Custom work is quoted per project. Tooling, where needed, is quoted separately and amortised on volume orders. Who owns the tool is agreed in writing before it is cut.
