This website is operated by YIVAHUB ("we"). By using the site and submitting inquiries you accept the terms below.
What we do. We act as your sourcing agent in Guangdong: we find and verify suppliers, obtain samples and quotations, place and follow orders, arrange inspection, consolidation, export documentation and shipping on your instruction. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, we contract with suppliers as your representative and are not the seller of the goods.
Quotations. All prices are quoted in writing per inquiry and are indicative until confirmed on a signed proforma invoice. Our sourcing fee is stated separately from the factory price. Quotation validity is stated on the quote; where a category's input costs move quickly (electronics, metals), a shorter validity applies and is marked.
Orders. An order is binding when the proforma invoice is confirmed and the agreed deposit is received. Specifications, lead times, packaging and warranty are as stated on that document and on the approved sample. Changes after production starts are quoted and scheduled separately.
Samples and approvals. Where a sample has been approved in writing (with photographs or a physical unit), that sample is the reference for inspection. Where no sample is approved, inspection works to the written specification.
Product information. Catalog images and specifications are provided for identification and are taken from the model files we hold; production details are confirmed in writing before production. Finishes and natural materials may vary slightly between production batches within the agreed tolerance.
Compliance. Certifications and test reports are product- and market-specific and are confirmed in writing per order. See Export & Compliance. You are responsible for the accuracy of the destination, consignee and classification information you give us.
Confidentiality. Specifications, drawings, samples, supplier identities and pricing exchanged in the course of an inquiry are treated as confidential by us and are not disclosed to other buyers. You agree to the same treatment of supplier information we share with you.
Intellectual property. Site content belongs to us or our suppliers. Reference images and drawings you send for sourcing or custom work remain yours and are used only to serve your inquiry; where tooling is created for your product, ownership is agreed in writing before it is cut.
Liability. Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the service fee and the value of the goods in that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where a claim concerns goods we did not manufacture, we pursue the supplier remedy on your behalf and pass on the outcome.
Use of the site. Scraping, resale of site content and misrepresentation of our catalog as your own manufacturing is not permitted. Trade-program and distribution customers may use specification data to serve their own end clients.
